We strive to use the most cost effective shipping methods to ensure we keep our shipping prices low. Unless a product ships free, we will obtain a custom shipping quote on each order to assure we are using the least expensive shipping method. We will also ship using the customer's preferred carrier, freight collect, upon request. Ask us how you can get free shipping. NOTE: Free shipping offers only apply to contiguous 48 states.
Most orders will ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment, contingent upon availability of materials and required components.

Where can I use Virtual Turf?
|
Virtual Turf products are designed to be used indoors or outside. The rubber frame is impervious to sun, heat, cold, rain and snow. |
We just bought mats what can we do?

Virtual Turf products can be placed alongside your existing mats. Since you will no longer be hitting off of your foam mats, they will last longer and will not need to be replaced as often. |
Why does it cost more than a regular mat?

All of the Virtual TurfTM products are maintenance free and made from the very best materials available. No matter what your current buying cycle or cost per station, Virtual TurfTM is more cost effective. And with Virtual TurfTM, your member or customer will feel better, won’t be as tired, and will enjoy himself more. We have customers using Virtual TurfTM that even successfully charge more for a bucket of balls than their competition, or have tee sheets for a customer to reserve a Virtual TurfTM station in advance. |
How does the adjustable tee work?

The tees are adjustable due to the design, and are not special with regard to the tees themselves. Other tee options include wood tee holders. |
Do you have volume discounts?

All Virtual Turf products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year. In addition, the composite dynamic "spring" substrate is guaranteed for five years.
In the event that your Virtual Turf product, under normal conditions of use and service and subject to the limitations set forth herein, proves to be defective in material or workmanship, FMP International will repair or replace your product. FMP International's obligation is limited to modification, adjustments, repair or replacement of any portion of the product that does not conform to the warranty (return freight of the warrantied product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser). FMP International makes no other representations or warranties with respect to its products.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor does this warranty cover failure or defects caused by misuses, negligence, modification, abuse or failure to comply with operating instructions. Please contact us if you need further warranty information. |
